First American Home Warranty - Complete Scam

Horrible customer service and a product that can only be described as a scam. Almost $1000 lost on something that’s supposed to be covered by this “warranty”. Don’t buy - don’t renew - don’t waste your money. I almost never rate poor service but I’m so upset after my call with these people that I don’t care.

Now you understand how dangerous auto payments can be. Stop that! Have them send you an invoice each month and then pay by check.
