Washer went out. Started new claim.

Contractor did not call for a week, came out on the 9th day, took my check, said they need to get a part. Called WED (cashed check that day) to say be there TH to fix between 1-4pm. Never showed. Called FRI, said were no longer a Partner of AHW as of TH, so not coming out.

They hung up on me. Got a second Contractor assigned, took a week to hear from them, came out on the 9th day and have not heard from them since - left. They assigned a 3rd Contractor yesterday early am...No call as of yet. A total of 20+ calls and on hold a total f 6-7 hours, 3 trips to the Laundry Mat @ $20 each, and 2+ hrs at a time.

Everyone Apologetic, but nothing resolved to date. I have a Plumbing issue that arose over the weekend but am afraid to even call.

Product or Service Mentioned: First American Home Warranty Claim.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
