Have been trying to get a microwave replaced for nearly 2 weeks. They agreed to replace it I was only give one choice so actually no choice they ordered microwave it was delivered and is sitting in my garage and now they claim there is no one that can come and remove old microwave and install new one?

They have offered me $125 to get it installed on my own. Most repairmen charge $75 just to come to your house!

In the mean time Sears who they ordered from said we have three day to let them know if there are any defects with the microwave? I have been on the phone about 6 different times just today with no resolution,hung up on twice and I’m still waiting for a resolution!!
