I have been paying every month for 10 years.My air conditioner went down in extremely hot weather and I promptly called to submit claim.

Was told someone would get right back to me. I was assigned a company to do the job but they never called. After 3 days with no air conditioning in 111 degree heat, and a visit to the emergency room for dehydration, I was told they could not find a contractor in my area to do the job and given permission to get my own contractor. The contractor I found showed up the next day and fixed the problem.

Never trust this company.They make claims of customer satisfaction and prompt service which is NOT true!

First American Home Warranty is the worst company in the world!!! They never have contractors in your area, well hire some!!! They left me without water for a 2 days abd didnt seem to think it was an emergency.
