Where do I start?Called about a pool heater not working and they said they will have a contractor contact me.

The contractor calls and sets a date a week away. Contractor comes says it's broken needs to be replaced because of low gas pressure. Only problem contractor never measured the gas pressure. Insurance company declines to replace the heater because it is "low gas pressure".

Even thought it was never measured. Told me to get my own contractor and have it checked the they will "review if they will replace". Contract says if someone other than the is contractor works on the unit than the warranty is void. Second problem.

Refrigerater would not cool down. Called got someone to come out to check it out which took 1 week. Contractor comes say yep not working it need 3 parts said they will order them.

Only problem was it took 4 weeks to get the parts.No fridge for more than a month.

I didn't like: How long it takes to get a small appliance replaced, Poor service by them and their contractors.
