My washer broke 23 days ago. I paid the contractor they sent.

They happened to fire the tech they sent cause he didn’t know what he was doing. After 7 days sent another tech to install part “they guessed it needed”. Washer still didn’t work. Called First American for 2 days straight.

Given the run around about having 48 hours to call me back or send an email for a new contractor. Two different depts. never responded or did what they said. Have been told this isn’t a huge deal it’s only a washer.

Was hung up on 2 times by Abbey in their renewal dept. I have finally canceled my account after 10 years. I would like my service fee back from original technician. Can’t receive a call back regarding this.

The worst customer service ever.

Don’t use them. Just spent $200.00 after 23 days to get my washer repaired.
