title says it all - tv ad does not say it all - will be without a refrigerator for two weeks between screw up between warranty company and the contractor - worse part, neither gives a damn. Service has gone downhill in the past few years.

My be time to look for a new warranty company that prides themselves in customer service. Also happened to my sister in regards to her hot water heater - my nephew ended up missing my fathers Celebration of Life Service due to an incompetent contractor without common sense - bottom line, the contractor is a reflection on First American

I liked: Company several years ago.

I didn't like: Complete lack of customer service.
