Put in AC claim back in mid June 2015. Finally sent someone out end of July to replace furnace that was working fine. Still had same problem and continued to call from day after installation to current. Unit went out completely in mid September and can't even get them to call me back. Left so many voicemails, emails, messages through website, twitter, etc. It's like they closed down, never for me to see my money again. Save your time, money...

On going frustration for more than 1.5 months if reoccurring problems of burnt out motor on split unit air conditioner took toll on us harassing the insurance when they would fix the problem. Today, it's not working. They seem to replace cheap, genetic motor that was burnt out twice. First motor died on the first day of installation. 2nd motor also died on the same day. The beginning of August I filed a repair request. The contractor came out and discovered needed a fuse breaker, I purchased the breaker paid 65.00 to the electrician to install so the air conditioner contractor could fix it. a part was needed, part was ordered. then another delay. finaly contractor came, WRONG part.
