Terrible! Bad customer service. Just purchased a warranty in sept 2016. Dryer stopped heating 10/5/16. Called company, tech didn't show up until 10/18/16. Company blames technician, Technician blames company! Still no dryer since 10/5/16!! It is 10/28/16! Not worth the coverage. They are terrible!!!
