Save your money. You are better off with no warranty.

I have been without A/C for 6 weeks due to their incompetent contractors and terrible customer service. If your issue is covered, like mine, they will drag it out in hopes that you will give up and have repaired on your own. The reason I need my compressor repaired currently is because the contractor installed it incorrectly in the first place. That was 6 months ago, when it took over a month to repair.

Each time you have a repair, you end up billed hundreds for "non-covered" items. They only use the cheapest contractors. Expect to be on hold for 30 minutes or more each time you call.

No calls back when they say they will call. They just don't care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5000.

I liked: I liked the snow job i was given when i bought the warranty.

I didn't like: Service and concern for their customers, Entire process, I want my warranty money back.
