I have contacted First American since 12/2/18 no less than 20 times. I keep getting forward to claims resolution.

I was sent a list of covered items with my contract # on it. This I was told was my contract. I have received 2 very early renewal forms with the same documentation in it. I was told by a very hateful lady that what I had submitted my claim on was not covered by my contract.

I read her my contract and she said all I had was a list of items covered not an actual contract and they would not fulfill my claim. I was never sent an actual contract and it seems a little late to send me one now and they should abide with what I had received.

She told me to "kiss her *** ***" and hung up. Claim denied

Reason of review: never sent a contract and claim item is not covered. Only sent list of items covered, like refridgerator.

Monetary Loss: $845.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
