I had t wait 5 days to get a repairman out. he had to order parts which took another week came to but parts in said he found a bigger problem and it wasn't worth fixing.was told to call in and report the finding.was tpld the purchasing department would call and that was a week ago and have heard nothing.called this morning was put was put on call back list that was 3 hours ago call aqain and put on call back list again
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of no returned calls and customer resolution.
